  • What is your return policy? While we do not give refunds due to the nature of the majority of our stock items, we do provide the options between an in-store exchange or a store credit provided that the item to be exchanged/item to receive store credit complies with the store policy. Items ineligible for an in-store exchange or store credit are items unaccompanied by the itemized receipt, wigs, hairpieces, hair extensions, liquid items, clearance items, and hosiery.   • I got the wrong wig color. Can I exchange it for a different color? All wigs, hairpieces, and hair extensions are final sale. At VIP, we provide full service to individuals who are looking for a wig in our wig room for a fee of $1.00 which provides you a wig cap and the option of trying on 3 different wigs styles. Our staff will take the time to match each hairpiece and hair extension to your satisfaction and also to the best of our ability. Once a wig, hairpiece, or hair extension is purchased and leaves the VIP Wig and Beauty premises, we cannot guarantee an exchanged wig, hairpiece or hair extension to another customer for resale for both quality assurance and sanitary purposes.
  • I am a cosmetologist/cosmetology student. Do I get a discount on my purchases? Yes, cosmetologists and cosmetology students receive a 10% discount off their purchases of professional beauty items and chemicals. $1.00 items are not discounted.
